In other news - my IRA lost $15K in the last 2 weeks. Good thing I don't need to cash it in to live on.

Great, he's got the job!!!
Yep, my IRAs have all dropped down below the original amounts I invested just three years ago. All gains wiped out and then substantial losses.
This sucks. But it will go back up again eventually.
yeah for the job, the marketis scary. I live in Conn. and they just laid off over 500 people from the casino's.

So, yeah, um, we're switching to the new company's 401k, and yeah, um, they're converting plan assets to cash to do the transfer, so um, could we get all this crap cleared up before Nov. 14th- the transfer date? Thanks.
